Details of the New Offering

Swiss Re has partnered with Infinite Global Consulting Inc. to provide this new risk management offering. Under the offering, Swiss Re insureds may receive up to 1.5 hours of complimentary and confidential public relations event consultation assistance per policy period.

These complimentary consults permit an insured to confidentially broach the following topics:

• The death, departure or debilitating illness of the managing partner, owner of a sole proprietorship or practice group head.
• The potential dissolution of the firm.
• An incidence of workplace violence.
• The filing of an involuntary bankruptcy petition against the firm.
• The publication or anticipated imminent publication of a potential or covered claim in a newspaper, print publication, radio, television or electronic news website (but not a social media publication).

To provide this service, Swiss Re Corporate Solutions has contracted with Infinite Global Consulting Inc., whose founder, Jamie Diaferia, counsels leading professional services firms on their media, litigation and crisis communications strategies. Jamie’s clients include Am Law 100 law firms and accounting, financial services and consulting firms.
